Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Wiser account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
